Troubleshooting & FAQ

Zuno Music won’t connect to my server. Check the address and port, confirm the server is running, and make sure your device is on the same network (or that the server is reachable remotely). Try switching between http:// and https://. See Remote Access & Connection Issues.

It works at home but not away from home. That’s a remote-access setup on the server side. Plex handles this when Remote Access is enabled; Jellyfin and Navidrome need their own remote access. See Remote Access & Connection Issues.

My server isn’t found automatically on the network. Just type its address manually. Automatic discovery depends on your local network allowing it.

Some of my music is missing. Confirm it’s actually in your server’s music library and that the server is connected. If you have several servers, check the right one is signed in.

My Library or playlists look different on another device. Library, favourites, and playlists are stored on your server, so they sync across devices you sign in on. Make sure you’re signed in to the same server.

There’s no star on Plex. Plex has no simple favourites star. On Plex, use Add to Library instead. See Favourites.

Playback stutters or won’t start. Check your connection to the server. Downloading the music first lets it play with no connection at all — see Downloads.

Lyrics aren’t showing. Lyrics come from your server. If a track has none, there’s nothing to display. See Lyrics.

A download won’t finish. Keep Zuno Music open until downloads complete, and use a stable connection. If one stalls, remove it and try again. See Downloads.
